Kris Gandillon, President and Advisory Director, formed Gandillon
& Associates in 1990. Kris is the full-time Director of IT
Infrastructure for The Outsource Group and serves Gandillon & Associates
in an Advisory role. His career includes over thirty-five years
of general business and Information Technology experience. In addition to executive management responsibilities, Kris' background
includes senior technical positions at HDA, Inc, WorkNet, Inc, American Technology Corporation,
Texas Oil & Gas Corporation and Southland Paint Company. He achieved
Microsoft Certified Professional status in 1997. His well-rounded
career also includes Fortune 500 consulting, teaching and involvement in
three successful start-up ventures. His success has come from integrating
a broad spectrum of skills and disciplines with a commitment to excellence
and customer satisfaction. Along with the Holy Bible, his favorite business books
include "Raving Fans: A Revolutionary Approach to Customer Service" by Kenneth
H. Blanchard and Sheldon M. Bowles and "Leadership by The Book" by
Bill Hybels, Phil Hodges and Kenneth H. Blanchard.
